Madison bass producer/DJ Star Monster is a multi-instrumentalist who blends elements of space bass with hip-hop influenced high energy dubstep. Spooky Tunes Vol 3 released Oct 2021 on industry shaping label Headband Society,  explores all shades of bass music—halftime, dubstep, hiphop edits—while still retaining his signature Star Monster spooky and playful style. Widely known for his idiosyncratic, third-eye-opening sets, Star Monster has delivered mind-bending performances at some of the world’s leading festivals and marquee events. In 2018, Star Monster was handpicked as one of the select artists to open for Flume at Camp Questionmarks massive stage at Burningman. That same year, he unloaded unforgettable performances at Emissions Music Festival in California and Stilldream. Elsewhere in 2021, Star Monster has been headlining his own sold out shows across the US in cities like Tampa, FL, San Antonio, TX, Orlando, FL, Madison, WI, Arcata, CA, Chicago, IL, St Petersburg, FL, and Denver, CO. Since his debut in 2017, Star Monster has also direct supported the biggest beat-masters in the scene, including Borgore, Boogie T, Moody Good, Herobust, Space Laces, Trampa, Champagne Drip, Flux Pavilion, Two Friends and more.  Most recently in 2021, he released his song “ Calling for Me” which was handpicked by Spotify playlist Dubstep Don and has gotten 230k plays while driving his monthly listeners up to 26k.
